My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it.
This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors.
If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.
If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments that show up as delivered.

Thank you for choosing our natural crystal energy bracelets. To ensure every customer receives a personalized energy experience, we maintain the following policies:
I. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Conditions
1. Energy Exclusivity Protection
All bracelets undergo professional cleansing and energizing rituals before shipment, infused with personalized blessings. As the crystals have established an energetic bond with their first recipient, we cannot accept returns or refunds after delivery due to the unique nature of energy transmission.
2. Personal Energy Sensitivity
Individual responses to crystal energies may vary. Differences in energy sensitivity or subjective experiences do not qualify for returns/exchanges. We recommend meditating with your bracelet for at least 7 days to establish an energy connection.
II. Eligible Replacement Services

Shipping Damage Protection
If damage occurs during transit (including broken beads, deep scratches, or component detachment):
- Take clear photos of damaged areas (showing full packaging & shipping label)
- Submit to stellarlore-service@outlook.com or online chat within 48 hours of delivery
We will review within 24 hours and resend the same item (re-cleansed/re-energized) if approved
2. Wrong/Missing Items
For incorrect items or missing components:
- Keep original packaging and submit unboxing video evidence
- We cover shipping costs for replacements
III. Important Notes
1. Replacement requests require return of complete product (with packaging/certification card)
2. International orders must report issues within 7 business days of delivery

The elastic, transparent band is crafted from durable and flexible nylon, a popular material in crystals making. It is designed for longevity, comfort, and to adapt seamlessly to the body part it adorns; this is where the floating magic happens.
How do I care for crystals with an elastic, transparent band?
To extend the lifespan of the band, avoid contact with sharp objects, chemicals, perfume, color intense food or beverages and excessive heat. Clean the crystals gently with a soft, damp cloth.
Can the elastic band break?
The band can break if it is overstretched by 200% or regularly subjected to significant stress like pulling or wearing it a size too small. Handle the crystals with care and avoid stretching it too much; it's a crystals after all, not a hair tie .
Can I wear the crystals with an elastic band in water/pool/sea?
It is generally recommended to remove the crystals when swimming, showering, or washing your hands. If you want to prolong the lifespan of your crystals it’s best to avoid wearing your ring in the pool or sea, as exposure to chlorine or saltwater can potentially damage the beauty and energy of your crystals.
How long does the elastic band last?
The lifespan of the elastic band depends on the frequency of use and the care it receives. With regular use and good care, it can last from several months to years.
Does the elastic band lose elasticity over time?
Over time and with regular use, the elastic band may lose its elasticity. While the band is 200% stretchable, stretching it beyond its limit can cause deformation.
