Crystal Energy Bracelet Return & After-Sales Service Policy

Thank you for choosing our natural crystal energy bracelets. To ensure every customer receives a personalized energy experience, we maintain the following policies:

I. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Conditions

1. Energy Exclusivity Protection
All bracelets undergo professional cleansing and energizing rituals before shipment, infused with personalized blessings. As the crystals have established an energetic bond with their first recipient, we cannot accept returns or refunds after delivery due to the unique nature of energy transmission.

2. Personal Energy Sensitivity  
Individual responses to crystal energies may vary. Differences in energy sensitivity or subjective experiences do not qualify for returns/exchanges. We recommend meditating with your bracelet for at least 7 days to establish an energy connection.

II. Eligible Replacement Services

1. Shipping Damage Protection
If damage occurs during transit (including broken beads, deep scratches, or component detachment):  
- Take clear photos of damaged areas (showing full packaging & shipping label)  
- Submit to  stellarlore-service@outlook.com or online chat within 48 hours of delivery  
We will review within 24 hours and resend the same item (re-cleansed/re-energized) if approved

2. Wrong/Missing Items
For incorrect items or missing components:  
- Keep original packaging and submit unboxing video evidence  
- We cover  shipping costs for replacements

III. Important Notes  
1. Replacement requests require return of complete product (with packaging/certification card)  
2. International orders must report issues within 7 business days of delivery
